We know that when you have an accident there as so many questions that come up. Here is a list of frequently asked questions.
Can I take my vehicle to the Repair Shop of my choice?
Yes you can. Insurance company may give you a choice of a few, but you ultimately have the choice to go where you are comfortable.
Do I pay you the deductible or the insurance company?
You pay the Repair Shop your deductible.
What are you hours?
Monday - Friday from 8:00amto 5:30pm or by appointment.
Do you work with my Insurance Company?
We work with all Insurance Companies.
How many estimates do I need?
You only need one estimate.
When do I pay for the vehicle repairs?
You pay for the repairs when you pick up the vehicle. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Do you offer a ride or loaner car?
Yes, we will give you a ride to where you need to go. If you need a loaner car we require that you have full coverage insurance on your current car and you may use our car free of charge. We ask for a refundable $20.00 gas deposit which you will get back if you replace the gas used in the vehicle. There is no smoking in any of the loaner cars.
How long does it take to fix my car?
It depends on the damage done to the car. You can look at the labor hours on the estimate divide by 8 and that will give you the days needed for repair or just ask one of the staff.
Can I drop my car off at night?
Yes we have a key drop on the small south door of our building.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on the repair with the exception of a rust repair.
